This is an open secret, with one warehouse in Punjab even throwing out rice, a crucial component in South Indian cuisine, and letting it rot rather than make a hopeless attempt to cook with it.
She just couldn’t stand the thought of her native cuisine being so thoroughly insulted by idiots.
