I’m not suggesting the judges of the Supreme Court are hopelessly out of touch. I’m not saying that I disagree with the wonderful people who think the “sky is the limit” for their jurisdiction, or that future generations of what’s left of this country will lump them with “the group of people who contributed to the end of one of humanity’s oldest civilizations”. I’m not saying any of these things. Just to be clear I love the Supreme Court and I think their philosophies are exactly what we need.
